My problem with xhanort ending is, why? After all the nonsense and tyranny that he's done why does he get to go peacefully? Regardless of his motives( which is BS to me) he should have gotten the same dramatic death scream like ansom and xemnas. I was really disappointed that he got off Scot free, bastard didn't even apologiz, he literally killed Kyrie.

he didn't even get a happy ending, he only had the darkness that was corrupting him most of his life removed from him. if he does get a redemption, it'll be in the next game seeing how we know from trailers that sora is stuck in an afterlife

Sora's stance is a defensive one. He can quicky pull his keyblade in a strong guard stance in seconds. Kairi, Xion and Roxas when he uses one keyblade also use that stance. Riku uses a more aggressive stance, ready to swing downwards in a powerful first strike. Both Mikey and Ventus uses an inverted grip on their keyblades, I believe is to add a strong guard by using the whole arm to absorb the impact of an incoming attack. Terra's and Aqua's stances confuses me a bit. Terra uses a heavy and slow fighting style and by the size of his keyblade can be seen as unpractical. Aqua could be using a fencing stance for lightweight blades. Makes sense since Aqua's keyblade is thin and small, and when she uses Eracus' keyblade, is longer but looks as thin but is also sturdy, an upgrade for Aqua's style. About using her arm to guard, she uses a balanced battle style, using both strength and magic. When Roxas uses two keyblades he takes a more aggressive battle style, his guard is wide open, but he will use his speed to not allow you to land a hit and he can swing both keyblades really fast. He also uses a lot of spin moves to cover any blind spots, it works for him because of his speed to swing his keyblades. Axel uses a unique stance for his keyblade. He is the only character with two different weapons to use, he has a keyblade and two chakrams. Since his keyblade handle is shaped like his chakram he uses the keyblade like if it was his chakram, swinging it around and making a lot of spinning moves adapting his previous fighting style to use his keyblade the most familiar way possible.

Everything after KH2 was confusing and messed up the story

Riku, like Terra, fell to the darkness, what makes him more worthy of the title of master is that unlike Terra who fully fell into it, Riku could overcome it once he fell and in the end did what even Aqua thought was impossible, he accepted both light and darkness, accepted both are sides of his heart and embraced them together, being able now to use darkness at will without being consumed by it, thing that Eracus' teachings said was wrong and impossible.

Other than Kratos and his feud with the Greek God pantheon prolly not tbh. You find out your father (zeus) allows all the tragedies that happened in your life to pass and attempts to kill you multiple times cuz you’re too good at the job he gave you (that’s not exactly how it happens) and then putting an end to this feud quite literally causes the end of life AND the world essentially.

I completely agree with this. When it comes to a villains defeat, there’s only really two kinds. The ones they keep trying to continue fighting and their final words are usually some sort of proclamation that they’re not done or they will return. Or you get the villains that’s at the very least acknowledged that they have been beaten. I mean as ridiculous as Kafka is in Final Fantasy VI is. When he finally loses. There’s no denial, he isn’t raging or screaming or thrashing around proclaiming how impossible this is. In fact when he’s finally beaten, he says nothing, he just excepted it.

The only two who were actually redeemed that are Xehanort are the two that were also part Terra, Ansem and Xemnas both admitted defeat and thoroughly apologized which was accepted by Sora and Riku, they both knew Ansem and Xemnas were being used and decided to forgive them.

I have seen sword stances that look almost exactly like Riku and Vanitas’. I think those guards are designed for thrusting. Not practical for Vanitas, because Vanitas doesn’t thrust, but Vanitas’ stance imo is more practical and experienced than young Riku’s.

The free hand to cast magic doesn't really make sense since they use the keyblade to cast, but they DO use their free hand to use items, so it still works out to make some sense

Disagree as a kid no doubt KH2 left a more lasting experience to people since they was still very young but there was so much at the end of KH2 that was not fully explained yet

They are the physical manifestation of a Spren (essentially a fairy) which can cut through essentially anything on the physical the spiritual plane. They can react and remanifest themselves to their wielder as well as turn into practically and tool (including a fork)

I'd agree if not for the fact that the vast majority of keyblade transformations don't actually change the gameplay in unique ways. The vast majority are just "big AoE"
